• Each team is responsible for its own medical and liability insurance coverage
• Concession stand open. No open flames (grills). No pets per park rules except service dogs

• All games at the Warwick Township Building field off Clay Road in Lititz, the field the 12U teams play at during league play
• Cost: $400 per team
• Format: all teams have a 3 game guarantee, 2 seeding games followed by single elimination
• Rules: no inning will begin after the 1 hour 45 minute time limit. The Championship Game has no time limit. All Section 2 rules apply from LCYBL except for pitch count; all coaches are in charge of managing their own pitching responsibly. Additional game play rules distributed to registered teams
• Awards presented to the first and second place teams. Concession stand available

• May 16 to 17, 2026
• Cost: $325 per team. 6 team maximum. Rain out date TBD
• Location: Strickland Field, 2118 River Rd, Bainbridge, PA 17502. Creek onsite for fishing and cooling off between games
• Schedule: games start at 8 AM Saturday and Sunday. 1 hour 45 minute games except semi finals and championship
• Round robin type play on Saturday with a single elimination bracket on Sunday. All teams guaranteed 3 games minimum
• Home team determined by rock, paper, scissors prior to each seeding game; bracket play home team determined on seeding
• Seeding based on W/L, then runs against, then runs scored
• 10 runs after 3 innings for all games except the Final
• Lanco League rules followed except for pitch count. Coaches manage pitchers responsibly. Once a pitcher leaves a game he may not re-enter that game
• Grass areas outside the field of play may be used for warm ups. No infield warm ups
• All umpires and game balls provided by CTYAA
• Champion team players receive a trophy, runners up receive medals. MVP coupons given to each team for a player on the opposing team

• 2 sections across 5+ fields: 10u2 on a 40/60 diamond, 12u2 on a 50/70 diamond
• $450 per team
• 3 game minimum, pool play followed by seeded play
• Full-service concession stand and pavilion seating. No grills allowed on premises
• A certificate of insurance naming Solanco Youth Baseball Association is required
• 100% fee return if the 4 team minimum required for the tournament is not reached

• Parking is available in the CMS parking lot and along the baseball field side of the CMS/CES driveway. Parking along Centerville Road is not permitted. Violators may be ticketed or towed
• Cost: $400 per team. Checks payable to Hempfield Youth Association
• Format: 10 team maximum, 6 team minimum. Two seeding games Saturday, then a single elimination bracket Sunday. Time limit of 1 hour 45 minutes. No time limit for the championship game
• Mercy rule of 10 runs after 4 complete innings, 8 runs after 5 complete innings
• Lancaster County Youth Baseball League rules in effect. League pitch counts in effect. Coaches must keep pitch logs during tournament play. Violation of pitch count rules will result in forfeiture
• Tiebreakers: head-to-head, runs allowed, runs scored, coin flip

• Three tournaments running simultaneously on three separate fields:
  • 14u Division on Field #1 (55' mound, 80' bases, 330' fence)
  • 12u Division on Field #3 (50' mound, 70' bases, 220' fence)
  • 10u Division on Field #2 (46' mound, 60' bases, 185' to 200' fence)
• Open to all LCYBL affiliated organizations (1st priority). May open to travel organisations if needed to fill a division and all teams agree
• 14u, 12u and 10u Open Divisions. Divisions are not limited to a specific Section
• Entered teams can be a combination of Section 2 or Section 1 players who meet the standard age requirement for the 2026 Fall Season (2027 Spring age chart)
• 15 player maximum roster size. Players are not limited to Fall Ball registered players; unregistered players from your own organisation may be rostered and can wear their Spring jersey
• Please do not pull kids from other organisations to form your team. A team roster with birthdates and parent organisations is required

The LNP Tournament is the league's championship tournament for Section One. It was known as the New Era Tournament until 2015, and the playoffs and the tournament were combined in 2012.

Common LNP playoff rules:

• Rain date is the next day
• If the game is stopped due to weather, the game will continue the next day unless the game is official
• Pitch counts are the same as the regular season. Example: a pitcher has 26 pitches, he will not be eligible to pitch the next day
• The winning coach submits the score to the league website

Both sections use the same format:

• #D1 is the Division Winner with the best record
• #D2 is the Division Winner with the next best record
• Seeds #3 to #8 are the remaining teams with the best records
• Single elimination
• Tiebreakers are: Points, Head to head (calculated end of season), Runs allowed, Coin flip
• Two umpires are provided and paid by LCYBL at a later time
• Home team must supply balls
• Pitch count carries over from the regular season
• Rain date is the next day. If the game is stopped due to weather, the game will continue the next day
• Pitch counts are the same as the regular season. Example: a pitcher has 26 pitches, he will not be eligible to pitch the next day
• The winner submits the score to the league website
• Teams with a winning percentage of .750 or above may be ineligible

• June 26 to 28, 2026
• Host club: Mountville
• 24 team single elimination tournament. If some teams opt out or do not qualify the bracket will change
• Games start on Friday. No rescheduling
• Seeding is determined by league record
• All 10u Section 2 teams qualify unless they are one of the .750 teams
• 1 hour 45 minute limit or 6 innings
• Home team is the higher seeded team
• Tiebreakers are: Points, Head to head (calculated end of season), Runs allowed, Coin flip
• Normal pitch count rules are in effect (daily total). Pitch count rules continue from the regular season
• 2 umpires are paid by LCYBL at a later time
• Teams must supply balls
• No pre-game warmups on the infield
• Rain date is the next day
• Head coaches must confirm with the tournament director that their team will be playing

Tournament instructions:

• Each team must check in at the concession stand upon arrival of the first game with new game balls
• No pregame warm up on the infield at any time during the weekend. All pregame activity must be done in the outfield. You may use a pop up for soft toss into a net. No BP in the outfield outside of soft toss into a net
• No use of the T ball field for team BP, infield, or pitcher warmup at any time
• Player pitch count sheets must be presented amongst coaches before each game. Days of rest in effect for the tournament. If a pitcher is available he gets a maximum of 65 pitches for the day. It can be over multiple games. Pitch count restrictions from the week carry into the weekend
