The league is run entirely by volunteers. Please use the contact route that matches your question. Individual email addresses and phone numbers are not published on this site.
Webmaster. Arbiter is the master schedule. The website is downstream of it. If the website does not match Arbiter, send the age, section, game number and a description of the error. Corrections normally appear within about 24 hours.
Coaches can submit results and reschedule requests using the forms on the Schedule / Scores page. Only the Head Coach should submit a reschedule request, and the opposing coach must agree to the new date.
League President. Coaches with Arbiter or scheduling questions, including umpire cancellations due to weather before game day, should contact the League President.
League President and the Executive Committee. Boundary Rule requests, Double Roster Rule questions, roster and registration matters, and general league business.
Tournament entry questions go to the hosting club. Contact the league and your enquiry will be passed to the tournament director.
Meetings are held at Penn Medicine Park, 650 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603. Meeting dates are published in the League Documents section.
