Every league document in one place — view online or download. Meetings are held at Penn Medicine Park, 650 North Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603 (since February 2019; renamed from Clipper Magazine Stadium in 2025). All meetings start at 7 pm.
The season meeting schedule: Fall Ball meeting, officer nominations and elections, team registration and payment due dates, proof of insurance, and the mandatory coaches meetings with rosters due.
Month-by-month calendar: start of season, opening day at Penn Medicine Park, holiday weekends with no games, end-of-season dates by section, playoff and year-end tournament weekends, and the LNP series dates.
The last day of the regular season for each age and section. Please do not contact the league about extending the season.
Section 6 of the league rules. Which member club a player must play for based on his school district, adjacent-club exceptions, releases, and Executive Committee approval.
Section 5 of the league rules. Players may not play for a competing baseball league. Defines tournament teams, violating players, and the forfeit penalty.

Team roster form. Due at the April coaches meeting. Rosters lock June 1st.
Certificate each member organization signs confirming it has obtained the background clearances required by Pennsylvania law (23 Pa.C.S.A. § 6301 et seq.) for people having contact with minors.
Certificate confirming a member organization has obtained signed waivers from every participant and will comply with league guidelines.
The official log that must be at every game. Records pitches, both managers' signatures, required rest and eligibility dates. Limits: 8U = 50, 10U = 65 or 9 outs, 12U = 85, 14U = 95. Violation = forfeit, one-game suspension and a $50 fine.
The in-game pitch-by-pitch tracker with marking conventions. Alert the opposing manager 10 pitches before each threshold.
